Dividend Pro is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool designed for dividend investors. The Service provides portfolio tracking, income forecasting, charts, analytics, and AI-powered insights.

IMPORTANT: Dividend Pro is NOT a financial advisor and does NOT provide financial advice.

All information, data, and analysis provided by the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. The Service should not be relied upon for making investment decisions. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Static State Energy LLC and Dividend Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maine.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim against Dividend Pro or Static State Energy LLC, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@dividendpro.io. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and we agree to resolve any claim through binding arbitration or small claims court.
